Challenge:

Over the next year, Dr. Stan Kutcher and his team are seeking to increase their reach and become the go-to resource for school mental health literacy, with a vision of improving the mental health of youth through the effective translation and transfer of scientific knowledge.

Solution:

Plum guided the dynamo TMH team through a strategic process to channel their human and financial resources for even greater impact.

Results:

The team has gained the direction and cohesion needed to focus their efforts and promote their work as champions of mental health literacy, to see greater uptake and use of the resources in classrooms across the country and around the world.
