Case Study: Halifax Citadel Regimental Association

Challenge:

As the new health system structure for the province, bringing together the previous nine district health authorities under one umbrella, Nova Scotia Health Authority is working to deliver its inaugural strategic plan, and successfully communicate and monitor its implementation.

Solution:

Plum worked with the NSHA Strategic Plan Development team to finalize the strategic plan and develop a communications strategy to broadly share the plan with NSHA’s 40,000 employees, physicians, volunteers and learners in more than 40 sites.

Results:

We worked closely with NSHA’s incredible communications team to meet our objectives: generate broad awareness of the plan; help individuals understand their role within the strategy; facilitate a conversation around building the new culture; and build awareness among partners and external audiences.
